Shipping Policy:

At K Chocolat, we go to great lengths to ensure that our customers get the freshest product in the best possible condition. We know that there are less expensive ways to ship our product, but our first priority is that your product arrives in perfect condition. This is why we only send our products via Federal Express whether the recipient is in Alaska or right here in California.

Atlanta Area Recipients
If your recipient’s zip code is within the Atlanta Area you will have the option to send your package Monday thru Thursday via FedEx Ground and it usually arrives the day after shipment. If you require an earlier delivery, please upgrade to Priority Overnight and your package will be guaranteed to arrive the day after it ships and is usually delivered by 11:00am (additional fees apply). Recipients Outside the Atlanta Area
During the Cool Season (October 15th April 30th): Standard Shipping orders are sent via 2nd Day Express, Monday-Wednesday. Rush Shipping orders are sent via Overnight Express, Monday-Thursday. Orders must be placed by 12pm (PST) for same day shipping.

During the Warm Season (May 1st October 14th): All orders are sent via Overnight Express, Monday-Thursday (with ice when necessary.) Orders must be placed by 12pm (PST) for same day shipping.

All Recipients
- Orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be shipped on the next available ship day.
- To limit time in transit to two business days, orders are NEVER shipped over the weekends.
- We can only ship within the U.S. (HI and AK residents: See Below)
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

FedEx has permission to leave packages at the recipient address if no one is there to sign for it. K Chocolat is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping to a business location when possible. If you select, "Signature Required for Delivery", your package will not be delivered unless it is signed for. If no one is present, FedEx will make two more attempts before they return the package to us. K Chocolat will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by FedEx.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESSES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. K Chocolat cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
